I have been in the Real Estate Business since 1977. In 1983 I opened my own company, Coldwell Banker Roger Veatch & Assoc., and successfully managed 24 sales agents. It was a Premier Office and listed in the Top 100 CB offices nationwide. It was frequently the No. 1 real estate office in Yamhill County.
My wife Carol and I, purchased property in 3 Rivers Recreation Area at Lake Billy Chinook in 1994. What began as a wonderful place to vacation quickly became the place we wanted to live. In 1998 we moved there full time. The peace and quiet, the wildlife, the scenery & pleasant weather make it a great place to reside.

Although my intention was to move there and retire, my love of real estate and construction would not allow me to sit idle. I have built several homes in 3 Rivers and am now concentrating my efforts on Real Estate, in and around 3 Rivers and Lake Billy Chinook.
Carol and I enjoy spending time with our 3 children, our 2 grandsons and 1 grand-daughter. They all live in the valley, so we still get a good dose of rain on a fairly regular basis ! We also love exploring the country in our RV and taking road trips on our motorcycles.
